k=1 requirement for kNN search with CUDA

I recently starting looking at PCL for it's kNN and radius based queries on a
point cloud. I just noticed that the cuda version of the knn search requires
the number of neighbors to be one (k=1), otherwise an exception is thrown.

Are there any to increase this?

Wow, sorry for the horrible English....

Are there any plans to remove the k=1 restriction?

The CUDA/GPU module are not really actively maintained, so officially
there are no plans whatsoever for it.
