I am working with pairwise registration of point clouds. I am following this tutorial. This tutorial includes the PCL header pcl/sample_consensus/eigen.h, which in turn includes unsupported/Eigen/NonLinearOptimization but the path for NonLinearOptimization in my system is /usr/lib/unsupported/eigen3/NonLinearOptimization.
What should I do to fix this problem? I had compiled the library from source using cmake. Should I edit the file and recompile or is there any other way out???
