I'm using a PCLVisualizer to display a cloud points and it works fine. Sometimes I apply a filter to the cloud points and then I create 2 viewports onto the visualizer to display the original and the filtered image, this works also fine. But if I want to display a new cloud points using the whole visualizer I don´t know how remove the 2 viewports I created.
if you take a look at pclVisualizer::CreateViewport function you will see
pcl creates a vtk renderer and then setViewport for this renderer..
you can get renderers collection from pclVisualizer and then you can deal
with the renderer which has the viewport...
it is the only way i have found until now.
