Problems installing on Tegra TX1 aarch64

I am trying to install PCL on a tegra TX1 aarch64.  The precompiled binaries don't install, I assume because of the arm architecture:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libpcl-all : Depends: libpcl-1.7-all but it is not going to be installed

I am attempting to install from source, but I am getting a linking error that I am hoping someone might be able to help me with:

[ 11%] Linking CXX shared library ../lib/libpcl_io.so
/usr/bin/ld: /usr/local/lib/libvtkCommonCore-7.1.a(vtkDataArray.cxx.o)(.text._ZN19vtkDataArrayPrivate20DoComputeScalarRangeI23vtkAOSDataArrayTemplateIcEEEbPT_Pd[_ZN19vtkDataArrayPrivate20DoComputeScalarRangeI23vtkAOSDataArrayTemplateIcEEEbPT_Pd]+0x10): unresolvable R_AARCH64_ADR_PREL_PG_HI21 relocation against symbol `__stack_chk_guard@@GLIBC_2.17'
/usr/bin/ld: final link failed: Nonrepresentable section on output
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [lib/libpcl_io.so.1.8.0] Error 1
make[1]: *** [io/CMakeFiles/pcl_io.dir/all] Error 2
make[1]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....

the git hash I am working with is 60aaf1803914d32cccb379ac8606d9f9926d7999
I am including CMakeCache.txt, CMakeError.log, and CMakeOutput.logCMakeCache.txtCMakeError.logCMakeOutput.log

Thank you for any help you can provide
