Output of vlp_grabber is not coming, only blank screen with 3 axis coming.

Output of vlp_grabber is not coming, only blank screen with 3 axis coming.

Hi,
I am trying to run the code from https://gist.github.com/UnaNancyOwen/9f9459d3c10f7a6325ebebabda9865f7 this website. I have installed ROS and PCl 1.8. After doing cmake .. I am getting following warnings.

 Could NOT find ensenso (missing:  ENSENSO_LIBRARY ENSENSO_INCLUDE_DIR)
** WARNING ** io features related to ensenso will be disabled
-- Could NOT find DAVIDSDK (missing:  DAVIDSDK_LIBRARY DAVIDSDK_INCLUDE_DIR)

-- Could NOT find DSSDK (missing:  _DSSDK_LIBRARIES)
** WARNING ** io features related to dssdk will be disabled
** WARNING ** io features related to pcap will be disabled
** WARNING ** io features related to png will be disabled
** WARNING ** io features related to libusb-1.0 will be disabled

And after doing make only blank screen is coming as output, there is no point cloud.
I am not able to understand what I am missing or where I am wrong.
Can anyone help me regarding this issue because I am suffering from past 2 weeks.
