NURB surface fit extremely slow

Andrew Cunningham
I have been looking at the "pcl_example_nurbs_fitting_surface" and it can take over 10-15 minutes in "Release" mode to complete on an 8 core Xeon machine, even with a very simple cloud of 68 points that closely approximates a flat surface. Can anyone suggest what the bottleneck here is.

Try to build from source with UMFPACK. It should improve the speed of the algorithm
