Sadly, RViz is just a visualizing software. Everything that has to do with
modifying the pointcloud has to be via programming. I thought about firstly
separate every plane available and then applying the Concave Hull, but the
problem is that by separating them, they become an unordered poincloud,
making it impossible to hull.

I'm sorry but your statement is very "suspicious". Why would concave
hull require an organized point cloud? It's built on top of Qhull and
for Qhull there's no concept of organized/non-organized point cloud. It
should just work with a container of 3D points.
