Issues finding dependancies when installing PCL on OSX

Firman, Michael
Dear All,

I am currently experiencing issues installing the standalone PCL 0.8 on OSX 10.6.5.

I have followed the instructions here: http://www.ros.org/wiki/pcl/standalone/, and have installed all the dependencies using their own installation instructions.

However, when running cmake (step 1.2.4), the following errors occur:

-- [rosbuild] Found SSE3 extensions, using flags: -msse3 -mfpmath=sse
-- checking for module 'flann'
--   package 'flann' not found
CMake Error at /opt/local/share/cmake-2.8/Modules/FindPkgConfig.cmake:266 (message):
A required package was not found
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  /opt/local/share/cmake-2.8/Modules/FindPkgConfig.cmake:320 (_pkg_check_modules_internal)
  cmake/find_flann.cmake:3 (pkg_check_modules)
  CMakeLists.txt:22 (include)

-- checking for module 'eigen3'
--   package 'eigen3' not found
CMake Error at /opt/local/share/cmake-2.8/Modules/FindPkgConfig.cmake:266 (message):
A required package was not found
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  /opt/local/share/cmake-2.8/Modules/FindPkgConfig.cmake:320 (_pkg_check_modules_internal)
  cmake/find_eigen3.cmake:3 (pkg_check_modules)
  CMakeLists.txt:24 (include)

Does the path to these packages have to be specified in the PCL installation? If so, where, and what path should I give?

Many thanks for any help,

Michael
