How to define the accuracy of rigid transformation estimation

I am using Umeyama's SVD method to estimate rigid transformation. Below is
the code snippet-

Eigen::Matrix4f T_svd;
pcl::registration::TransformationEstimationSVD<pcl::PointXYZ, pcl::PointXYZ>
trans_est_svd;
trans_est_svd.estimateRigidTransformation(source_traj, target_traj, T_svd);

I want to know the accuracy of this transformation estimation. How to define
accuracy in this case?
