Extraction of features from a created bounding box of cube/cylinder/sphere

As per my research I came to know that, to pick up a cluster/feature we have to run the PCA on the given cloud, after the PCA is done we get the min and max points, the extracted min and max values will now be used for creating the bounding box, now I am building a conditional filter with the above extracted min and max values, and picked the points in that range.
Now my issue is that, I want to pick all the points which are falling inside the box without using the condiontal filter or any other filter. Is it possible, if possible Can anybody suggest me how to pick the points or it will be helpful if you can provide a sample code.
