Easy way to compute volume of 3D concave hull

Hi there!

it has been a while since the last time I've used PCL, but now I am back :-)

I would like to ask your advice regarding a new project I am working on.

In this project, given a set of 3D points, I have to compare the volume of the convex hull of that set of points the one of its concave hull.

I've used PCL's qhull wrapper in the past to compute both convex and concave hull, but I remember that the volume was returned only for the convex version.

Can you please suggest me the quickest way to also achieve the volume of the concave hull?

Any approach is fine, and an approximate volume may work as well.
I just need something easy to implement, allowing a rough comparison between the concave and convex volumes.

Hello,

If you can get a concave hull mesh, then I'd suggest computing it's volume with VTK:
