I use vs2015, boost 1_64_0 with cmake in windows.
Seems like I use BOOST_ROOT and BOOST_LIBS_DIR entry to locate boost when compile pcl
some successful and some unsuccessful when building,.
but when i use the tutorials code and its cmakelist, I got a error that can't find boost even if I add BOOST_ROOT and  BOOST_LIBS_DIR entry..
I really hope pcl can update all-in-one installer for windows user.

(personally tested all in one installer): http://unanancyowen.com/en/pcl18/

As far as your current issue (assuming you don't use the above installer), you will likely need to look through the cmakelists (or post them, to get an idea of where/ what it is looking for).  Also the actual compiler messages help.

Dont use vs2015, use vs2010 instead (you can have them both installed at the same
time)
