About pcl::VoxelGridCovariance

I structured the voxelgrid and checked the covariance in the voxel by the Leaf.
And then, I used passThroughFilter to get the pointcloud in the voxel,  and computed the covariance in the voxel by pcl::computeCovarianceMatrix().
I thought these covariances were same values, but these were not. And also eigenvalue.

I would like to use the covariance values which are computed by pcl::computeCovarianceMatrix().

Are you know why?
Please give me an advice.
