We just released 0.4.1 in unstable. A brief list of changes (copied from
http://www.ros.org/wiki/point_cloud_perception/ChangeList) is attached below.

   [pcl_ros] adding EIGEN_MAKE_ALIGNED_OPERATOR_NEW to all nodelets to make sure that we are aligned on 32bit architectures
